This website (“this Website”) is operated as part of the implementation of the TWG 03 2021A APEC-funded project to facilitate villages/municipalities in APEC economies to share their community-based tourism.

Please read these terms of use (“this Terms of Use”) carefully before using this APEC Community Tourism Website by the Project Overseer (Viet Nam National Administration of Tourism, VNAT) of TWG 03 2021A. “We” and “our” refers to Viet Nam National Administration of Tourism, while “You” and “your” when used in this Terms of Use includes any person accessing the Site.

For the first 10 village contents from each economy, Viet Nam shall be responsible for editing and uploading them on the website.

Apart from the 10 village contents, each economy will be provided with an account to access the website and instruction, training to use. So that economies can upload data to the website by themselves. Viet Nam shall be responsible for checking technical issues on possible display errors and loading time only. Each economy shall be responsible for the accuracy of information, grammar, typo and wording.

Viet Nam is the approving authority on technical supervision to ensure hosting and domain works across one year after consulting with the APEC Secretariat of TWG Fora. Besides, each member of APEC economies needs to bear the responsibility for the accurate information in the content.

In terms of maintenance, Viet Nam regularly checks and manages the website to ensure stable web operation and error handling.)
